When the noise finally quiets, your shoulders drop, and for the first time in a long while you feel like yourself again. Unhurried. Clear. Whole.
We built this retreat around that feeling. Five days above the clouds in Costa Rica's Diamante Valley, where movement, stillness, and real food bring you back to the version of you that's been waiting underneath the busy.
This isn't a bootcamp, and it isn't a week of doing nothing. It's the rare middle: enough to move you, enough space to let it land.

Mornings open with movement: yoga in the bamboo Air Temple as the valley wakes, a guided hike to a waterfall, or a strength session in the open air. Nothing forced, everything optional.
Afternoons are quiet by design. Swim beneath a falls, rest in your tent above the clouds, or do nothing at all. Evenings gather everyone back together around farm-to-table meals and the fire pit.
Every practice has a way in for every body. This is about presence, not performance.

Holos sits on a private ridgetop with 360° views of the Diamante Valley and Diamante Falls, Costa Rica's tallest waterfall. Two hundred acres of forest, river, and six waterfall pools, all to ourselves.
You'll sleep in spacious star tents with pillow-top beds, gather in the open-air dining lounge, and practice in a bamboo temple built where sacred geometry meets the jungle canopy.
It's eco-luxury in the truest sense: nothing between you and the land, but every comfort where it counts.
A loose framework, not a packed schedule. Come for all of it or find your own pace.
Vinyasa and restorative yoga, full-body strength sessions, and morning bootcamp for those who want it, all open-air, all optional.
Guided hikes through jungle and fruit forest to the property's bathing pools, with the option to climb toward Diamante Falls.
Soundbath, breathwork, bodywork, and long unhurried afternoons by the river. Space to let the week actually land.
Plant-forward food from the on-site organic farm and local growers, prepared fresh and shared family-style each day.
Evenings around the fire pit below the temple, where the conversations you came for tend to find you.
Group sessions led by Dr. Matt Lyon of Livity Healing, with optional 1:1 work available throughout the week.
A small team, by design. You'll get to know all three of us over the week.

The shape of most days. Weather and the group set the fine details.
Arrive in the afternoon, find your tent, and gather for a welcome dinner and fire as the valley goes dark.
Yoga or movement to start, breakfast, then a guided hike or strength session, often ending at a waterfall pool.
Open space to swim, nap, read, or take a recovery or 1:1 session. Nothing required.
Family-style dinner, a soundbath or fireside circle, and the slow unwind into mountain quiet.
A final morning together, breakfast, and time to reflect before the journey down the valley.
Fly into San José (SJO), Costa Rica's main international airport. From there it's a scenic drive, domestic flight, or charter to the Diamante Valley. We'll send full travel guidance once you're booked and can help coordinate ground transport.
Comfortable with a few hours of movement a day, with the option to hike, lift, or simply rest. Every activity has a beginner and a moderate path. This is about participation, not performance.
February is one of the loveliest times in the valley: warm days, cooler evenings above the clouds, and dry-season sun. We'll send a full packing list before you travel.
Yes. The kitchen is plant-forward and works with most preferences and restrictions. Let us know when you register so the chefs can plan.
Absolutely. Many guests come on their own. The group is intentionally small, and it tends to feel like friends by the second day.
The $500 deposit is non-refundable, but you're welcome to transfer your place to someone else. We'll share the full terms with your booking confirmation.
Tell us a little about you and we'll be in touch with next steps and how to hold your spot. Places are offered in the order requests come in.
